Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Trucks seem well maintained and staff know what they are talking about!
If I could give them less than this 1 star, that is what would be given. They will hassle you to buy from them when you express your interest in a vehicle. They used deceptive practices and wordage to get you to buy their trucks as well as guarantee things by stating " Ryder verified" or "Ryder certified". Let me tell you those words mean nothing! Very professional sales staff.
Update: reducing to 1 star. Not because of Patrick but because the truck I bought was a lemon with countless mechanical issues within 30 days. Leaking diesel cooler, faulty diesel exhaust system, faulty power steering, faulty lighting. Ryder refuses to make right. Bought a used box truck. We worked with Patrick who was great. He was helpful and quick to respond.
