I do as much due diligence as I can when buying a used truck . I like the fact that Ryder (and others as well) has maintenance history that you can look up to see how the vehicle was treated . So I finally found a good truck that I wanted and asked the sales manager Lori ,who I was dealing with, if she could get me a couple more pics and a video of specific things I could not see online.
