Absolutely terrible service with zero respect for customer time. We bought two trucks from them. We test drove the trucks and confirmed we wanted to buy and were given a pickup day and time in a few days to allow them time to fully inspect/repair the vehicles. On pickup day, they made us wait nearly 2 hours because they had failed to have the pickup paperwork ready even though we had scheduled the pickup in advance. From not keeping their word to having you drive back and forth to selling you a poorly maintained truck I bought my truck 2 weeks ago and it broke down on me after they had assured me that the truck was in good condition I highly recommend buying a truck from another company but not Ryder
