My truck been in their shop for 7 days for passenger side pump replacement. I already had my own parts, all they had to do was put it back in place. This was 45 minutes work but they turned into 7 days. Really wasted my time.

I rented 5 cargo vans from this location for 3 months and we ended up using the vans very minimally. We returned them and we were told one had damage, so it was placed back on a rental agreement and we were auto charged, and then we were told we would be receiving the invoice for the damage. We provided pre and post inspections (actually done by the Ryder employee) that showed the dents and scratches were there when we picked up the van and not done by us. I work for a great moving company that rents and leases trucks through Ryder. Today I passed through to rent a small 26 foot truck to shuttle a job. I dealt with the front desk guy (Brian?) and two mechanics (Sean? and David) who were all very pleasant and helpful. I rarely write reviews unless I have a particularly good or particularly bad experience. Only downside to this Ryder is that it's on the tight side if you're in a tractor trailer (still totally doable, though).
