Honest shop that does the work quickly, efficiently and always on time. Have recommended him to multiple people have used him twice to install modifications and other times for routine maintenance. I brought my 2015 6.7 powerstroke to Jacob with a blown motor, he gave me a couple different pricing options for new and used motors and found one that was right for me, by the time the new motor was delivered the cab had already been pulled and motor out and ready for new one to be installed, had me in and out within a week. Jacob and his team were super easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Truck runs amazing and haven’t had a single issue since picking it up.
I had a great experience at Ryders Diesel! Michael did an excellent job balancing and rotating the tires on my truck, and everything was done professionally at a very reasonable price. Jacob was easy to talk to, took the time to address my tire issues, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The customer service was fantastic from start to finish. Took my truck in because of a performance issue and it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. They couldn't even diagnose the actual problem, but still charged me $2,500 for a new ECM that turned out to have nothing to do with the issue. So I paid a huge bill and left with the same problem I came in with.
