A friend recommended Ryder Diesel after trying to find a quality diesel mechanic to work on my F250. After meeting Jacob and talking with him , he was very knowledgeable as well as put a priority on customer service. Jacob and his team have done some upgrades to my truck as well as an oil change. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and the service. I highly recommend Ryder Diesel!
My son’s truck broke down while at College in Melbourne. We had the it towed to Ryder’s for repair and Jacob and his crew were absolutely fantastic! Their knowledge and professionalism are unmatched! It took a little while to get the necessary parts, but Jacob kept us advised. When the parts arrived, the guys at Ryder’s had the truck ready to go same day- couldn’t be happier! Great job!
Jacob installed a new motor in my 2011 duramax.. It took 2 years ( partially for shipping of the motor-6 months ) but by the time I got my truck back in February of 2024 the ONE year warranty that was on the motor had expired because he had my truck for so long! This was the most HORRIBLE process I have ever had to go through in my life and I am still to this day having my truck worked on so it will be running at 100%.
