Jacob installed a new motor in my 2011 duramax.. It took 2 years ( partially for shipping of the motor-6 months ) but by the time I got my truck back in February of 2024 the ONE year warranty that was on the motor had expired because he had my truck for so long! This was the most HORRIBLE process I have ever had to go through in my life and I am still to this day having my truck worked on so it will be running at 100%. Made an appointment and even called ahead a couple hours before to confirm that they would be there at the shop at 4:30pm for me to drop off my truck. I left work early and drove the 45min drive with a 2nd vehicle following me to pick me up and when I got there they were locked up tight. no drop off spot, no one in the office, no one answering the phone. These guys are fantastic! I could not be happier with the outcome of my experience here! If you know anything about Automotive repairs, you know that electrical issues can be hard to diagnose. Especially on a 17-year-old truck. Not for these guys! They nailed it right on the head and fixed multiple issues with my electrical system. Wow! Systems that went non functional: Windows, door locks, a/c compressor, stereo, interior lights, instrument cluster, abs system, trailer brake controller. Excellent service I called last night about oil leak and took it in this morning and it took less than hour. Awesome place Honest, very friendly.
What can you say about these guys at Ryder's Diesel. Service is top notch. Communication above and beyond. Had truck in for a no start. Dropped it off on a weekend. Swung by the following Monday and they were already on it. Had issue sorted amd truck back in a day. Then had a hiccup on my end *other shops breaking stuff*. Had jacob and his team check it out.
