Terrible customer service. Had an appointment booked for someone to come see our home and give me an estimate. Didn't show up but he called to rebook for 3 days later. Didn't show again and this time not even a call back. Going somewhere else.
Professional and work was done in a very timely manner They addressed the issue of siding repairs and they found an issue with the completion of my new roof I would recommend Rydel Roofing
Scheduled an appointment for a quote almost 2 weeks in advance, even received a calendar invite. Waited almost two hours, called the office to see what the status of the appointment was and he said he would call the rep I had the appointment with and call me right back. It is now the next day and I have not heard from anyone at Rydel.
