Did a great job and the process was pretty painless the entire way through.
Excellent customer service, very friendly, professional, tech's are very knowledgeable and experienced. I will call Rydel Roofing anytime needed for roof repairs or full installations. Highly recommended.
Coles notes: Use a different company. Rydel Roofing is a Franchise. The one in particular that we were working with was for the Ottawa Valley. The salesman/general contractor was Mackenzie Mercier. Rydel Roofing does not do the work on your house themselves. They subcontract everything. Doing this they avoid responsibility for just about everything that happens on your home.
