This company does not honor their warranty for their products. I called in for help and their technical support told me too bad, just buy another camera. Complete joke.
Just got a vehicle with a Rydeen camera, called and got Ruben on the phone. He was very thorough and clear on how I could get the info. I needed from the company site and by checking the system. Their tech service is excellent-
