Sean did an excellent job laying flooring in our basement. He was helpful from the beginning, assisting us in picking the right materials, getting them to our house and was always willing to stay late to help find fixed to all the little things that unexpectedly come up when working in an old basement. Would highly recommend!

Sean just completed a large, somewhat complex, tile project in our house. We are thrilled with the result. Sean is very easy to work with, has great attention to detail and clearly cares about the quality of his work. He is at the top of our list for future projects and we look forward to working with him again.

July 2023. We had Sean Smith re-grout the floor tile in 3 rooms. He did such a good job we also hired him to replace the old boards on our deck with Trex. He did an excellent job for both projects. Sean did an exceptional job installing vinyl floors in our large mudroom and upstairs bathroom. The floors look fantastic! All the trim was cut to perfection. He also used a calking that matches perfectly with the floors. Sean is a professional. On-time, courteous, respectful and kept things very clean while working in our home. We highly recommend Sean's services.
