I recently started spin classes here, and I love it! As a beginner, I was nervous, but the staff is incredibly welcoming and supportive. The instructors are upbeat and motivating, making every class enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to try spin! Can't wait to book more classes!

I’d like to first say I haven’t tried rides here, however I still have a review about the business. Beginning/mid 2023, I bought a $30 deal for some rides. However, it was then recommended to me by my physiotherapist to not cycle (postpartum issues, etc.) anyway, I thought I’d be eventually able to use the rides, however I’m still in physiotherapy and also pregnant again. I recently returned to Ryde after taking the summer off for outdoor cycling, and I can't express how motivating and amazing Jill's classes are. Her energy is contagious, and the music track selection is top-notch. It's the perfect place to keep the winter workouts exciting. Highly recommend! 🚴♂️💪
