Lovely dentists, great job cleaning. My only qualm is that twice now- dental assistants have presented the fluoride foam (for whitening post clean) on the end of their finger as opposed to a paddle pop stick… and then strangely become offended when I use my mouth to get it off their finger? Was I supposed to use my bare hands? It was weird, and embarrassing and I won’t be returning as it’s happened twice… I don’t think I did anything wrong but the dental assistants went up to the dentist and reported it, with a response of:”... read more
Dr Jacky is a true gem. I really wish I had of come across her years ago but so pleased that I have now. She is authentic, caring and makes each visit a pleasure - which I've never experienced before with a dentist. Jacky gives so much back to the community. She is such a blessing to the medical world. Thanks for everything Jacky.
