Do not use Ferrin Ryco they are not professional and don’t do work right they are now wheeler as well I’d recommend any other company

Not sure why our landlord decides to use this company. They consistently fail to tell us when they’re showing up, and fail to mention when they turn the water off. Unprofessional
I have used Ferrin Ryco four times now. The first time I purchased three jet assist toilets from Home Depot which they installed this was more than 3 years ago. Several months went by and one of the toilets became loose called they came back out and fixed then more time passed the same toilet came loose again, they came again and fixed it. VERY uncomfortable, you don't need a gun to do plumbing. I asked to pat him down when he showed up at my door for a leaky toilet and he refused, i asked if he had a firearm on him and he said none of your business.
