Took my truck in for a recall job and set the appointment up two months ahead of time. Showed up and dropped the vehicle off and they told me it would take about 4 hours. Never heard from them again. So I waited till the end of the day and when I showed up, one of their mechanics was casually leaning on my truck and the manager told me they couldn’t do the repairs bcuz this was only an inspection and they needed some part.
