Laborers lay around on their backs, talking on their phones, taking naps. I found one in my carport, laying in front of my car, talking on the phone. I called Ryan's Tree Service to be told that they were "eating their lunch". No, they were not eating. The guy got short with me and then hung up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
