We hired Ryan's Renovations for a major kitchen remodel, to patch up old skylights in our 1960s home, and to replace a cracked shower pan with tile. After purchasing the house in August, we discovered mold in the kitchen that was far worse than we initially thought, leaving the space unusable. We contracted Ryan's to remove our dilapidated sun porch, add on a room, and add a deck to our house. Overall, I am very pleased with the experience. We were originally quoted 3 months for the work and it was completed in just under 5, but this is likely due to our changes and additional work added during the course of construction. All of the different crews were great to work with and we are quite pleased with the results. We will definitely work with Ryan's for any renovations in the future.
We worked with Adam on remodeling our guest bathroom due to leakage. Everything turned out so beautifully as I had dreamed about. Adam went above and beyond to make my dream bathroom came true. He is detail oriented, kind and trustworthy as well as knowledgeable. I’m very pleased with the result and his professionalism. He went above and beyond to make sure no small details is missed. Very poor work no insulation on some of the outside Walls floors are buckling up due to the damage from the weather during construction on their part they wrap the plates and plastic leaked and whet all the way down two stories through the basement and damaged a lot of materials they cut corners as much as I could and things ended up poorly this company has construction insurance to cover things like this but decided not to turn in the claim to save cost on surance I have not been happy I'm sorry it's not right I'm tired of ... read more
