Ryan’s Place is a decent spot — the food is fine and the overall service is okay. My only major complaint is about an employee named Laura Lee. She was very disrespectful, unhelpful, and gave off a negative attitude during my visit. It felt like she didn’t care about customer service at all, which really hurt the experience. I think Ryan’s Place is good overall, but staff like her make it hard to fully enjoy.
