DO NOT USE FOR TERMITE INSPECTION. They totally missed a huge termite infestation during my home inspection. When I contacted them they came and said that since I had fixed the problem they were no longer responsible. Wouldn't even look at the videos I had. They offered nothing as a result -- not even a recheck. I told them I would give them a bad review and they smiled and said go ahead. They had a copy of the report. Neither I nor the home Inspector ever got a copy of that report. Videos are available upon request
