Very professional and punctual and fair negotiation.... I had something wrong with my brakes. At first Ryan was awesome! He worked with me and communicated with me the best he could. When I got in my car... Nothing was fixed! Brakes still didn't work and I had already paid him! So I contacted him about it and he said he was going to come back and update my software and look at it again for free! After he got my money he never replied or came by again!! I'm so mad! I have a baby and a job that depends on that car and he didn't fix it at all! Just took my money and left!
