We had a wonderful experience at Ryan’s Jewelers! I found a beautiful pair of Roberto Coin earrings that I wanted for Christmas. My husband was able to contact the store, describe the item, and have them shipped in time for the holidays. The service was impeccable and the staff is more than helpful and so friendly! We will definitely be buying from Ryan’s again. 10/10 would recommend for all of your fine jewelry needs!

Great quality, great service, and just a wonderful small business! I've now purchased multiple pieces from here, and everything has been outstanding. I would 10/10 recommend them, and I will 100% be buying more from them in the future.

Wonderful service and extremely knowledgeable and friendly team! I purchased my husbands wedding band here and they were so helpful steering me in the right direction, answering all of my questions, and working with a tight turnaround time. The engraving done in house came out perfectly and both my husband and I were thrilled with the final result!

this was an awful experience. when we first entered the store we were taken seriously by the sales associate. shortly after looking through engagement rings the “trained gemologist” left her office to hover over us. she was very rude to us, suggesting we look at cheaper diamonds because we did not appear wealthy enough to purchase what we were interested in. she was not helpful whatsoever. after we decided the ring she was forcing onto us wasn’t what we wanted, the gemologist implied we had to leave. this was very poor treat... read more
