Service turned down - stated "not enough profit to replace watch battery" I was very unhappy when I brought my 2 year old Skagen watch in for it's first battery replacement. The person behind the counter said he could open the watch but since it's still new and never been opened before he was not sure he could close it without breaking it and since they only make $1.00 in profit on selling a watch battery he didn't want to take the risk. He told me to send my watch into Skagen to have the battery replaced. I will never step ... read more
great service Ryan's Jewelers is the perfect place to buy jewelery. It's a small family owned store. You don't have to pay mall prices. If you can't find what you are looking for in stock they have huge variety of ordering catalogues. They really take care of their customers.
