Apartment # 404 My son rented a apartment here for a year and he moved out on May 27,2017 he has been calling the office with no avail, no one is ever in the office to return his calls. We drove there to talk to the Property Mgr and found a closed sign on the door instructing Us that they would return @3:00 pm we returned to find the office still closed. My son rented a apartment here and after cleaning everything he was charged for cleaning of the stove and ref. My biggest compliant is I have worked in the apartment industry as a maintenance mgr and I was there when all of this was cleaned and after my inspection of the stove and ref I found that they were very clean, it seems to me like the Apartment Mgr was just making a point of a college student by ripping him off .
