I had a great experience with this shop. I brought in my Jeep Patriot after having continued shaking issues even after another shop had "completed" a repair. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained exactly what they found, and provided a clear estimate before doing any work. They were also honest about what needed to be done immediately versus what could wait, which I really appreciated. Called with an urgent oil pan issue. I was from out of town and they fit me in the same day even though they were fully booked. The team was professional, explained everything clearly, and had the repair done quickly. Really appreciated the honesty and the effort to help me out on short notice. Very fair pricing!
