If I could give zero stars I would. Went with this company on a recommendation from a friend and wish I didn't. Everyone I dealt with had a bad attitude and was never helpful. They told me the project would be done around 6 weeks and it took well over 3 months to get the shower door installed. They never called with updates and when I would call was treated rudely. this company is trash!! i still dont have my shower installed after 3 months and $2500. first install of my shower was not done correctly and it leaked water everywhere. they came on wed to break down again and redo. another week without a shower. came back out Friday and refused to work because of a "sewage smell". had a plumber come out same day and bo backup issues. they are liars and dont want to do their jobs. here we are another week without a shower. supposed to receive a call from a manager but have not.
have been on the schedule for nearly a month to have my windows done, received a voicemail today (the day of install) that said they have to reschedule me because "they haven't heard from me".... why would they have heard from me when they are scheduled to come do the work today? Show up and do the work. The only contact I had prior was a voicemail saying they would arrive today between 10am and 2pm. If you can't make it for some reason then say so but don't claim it's because you haven't heard from me.

I was quoted $760 to repair 3 windows that failed out of warranty from the company that originally installed the windows. For principle I decided not to spend money with them again. I got them repaired at Ryan's All-Glass for $386. An absolute perfect process from beginning to end. Needless to say, I will use Ryan's All-Glass again!
Outstanding customer service and quality! Today we had an emergency at our business and we needed to get a glass repair done ASAP. They got out and surveyed the broken door/glass and provided timely solutions for our business. We can’t thank you enough for helping us when we needed it.

They have an awesome communication the entire time and were very prompt and courteous. we will be repeat customers for sure and we highly recommend them!
