Very disappointed with this company. They charged far more than expected for a simple plumbing job and then email them about another issue and they completely ignored my emails. Poor communication and lack of professionalism — I would not recommend them.
Very fair quote for extensive excavation works to repair storm water drainage significantly impacted by tree roots. All work done to a high standard and the site was left very clean. Have now used their services twice and would highly recommend.
RPG is great - big enough to have either Ryan or one of the team available when you need them. Small enough to not forget the importance of a genuine personal service that cares about the customer. Good knowledge and advice on everything plumbing and gas. Highly recommend.
