Great center!
Ryan center does not have respect for their patients and clients . I have booked 2 appointments online and they keep canceling them stating that I booked the wrong appointment when the system asked if it's annual visit or follow up. They think they are dealing with stupid people that dont know what they are doing . They allow people to book appointments online then call to cancel them due to doctors overload and some of them are not even available online. They have attitude from the beginning. Everything annoys the receptionists. They hang up on you if they get annoyed. Theyre call system tells me to leave a # for call back. They call back a day later. When they did i pointed it out politely. She replies " yea?" .. 3 secs later she hangs up. It went EXACTLY like that..Listen to the call log if you beleive it didn't. 8:34 am today. ...Always the wrong ppl in the important jobs. I Don't get it.
