Easy and fast first appointment, polite office staff, saw the PA Elise. She was easy to talk to, listened, was thorough, and clearly explained my problem and MRI results.
Dr. Whitmer is amazing. Every visit is successful. I love that beautiful lady at the front desk. He listens and really wants to help. He does my injections. I trust him with my back and neck. His hands are steady and my back is really messed up. I recommend his office to anyone.
The office staff are horrible. I came in with imaging for a second opinion and the PA and DR quickly developed a treatment plan that I was incredibly hopeful for. They told me we would proceed within a week. The office staff then told me that they couldn’t schedule me until three weeks later. I explained to them that I had an upcoming job change, but planned to continue my insurance with COBRA. I was a bit apprehensive about going to a pain doctor. Dr. Whitmer and his staff put me at ease. He truly listens! I had injections the other day, they kept me giggling and Dr. Whitmer is super cute, so that helps! Five stars!
