I secured my new home financing with Ryan while he was with Caliber. A very smooth and pleasant process. I was seeking a refinance 3 years ago, contacted him directly and Caliber too, still waiting for a call or email back. I wouldn't recommend him based on my experience. Odd thing is I'm still on his mailing list for his perspective. Lol!!
