TCO seems to be a good place. Easy to book an appointment and kind staff. My biggest frustration is that i drove for an hour to get there and Dr. Hess just came said he didn't see patients like me with arthritis (torn meniscus and knee pain) and mainly works with young athletes. Did not do an exam or anything just referred me to a colleague. Wish he would have just called and cancelled instead of wasting 3 hours of my day and the cost of an appointment. Had an appt with Dr. Hess earlier this week and I’m very happy with the care I received. Very clear instructions and inquiries. Appt was quick but thorough. Waiting on an MRI now and then await the outcome. This is my second tendon related issue over the years that I’ve been seen at this clinic for, and have only positive things to say!
Dr. Hess is outstanding! He perfectly balances healing with a return to the game for high school athletes. We are incredibly grateful and thanks to him, we are looking forward to an outstanding senior year of football after our athlete had 2 shoulder surgeries. Dr. Hess has helped numerous players on our team and every single parent and player is a fan. He came highly recommended and didn't disappoint. Thank you Dr. Hess!
My "Wellness Dr." Recommended I get a second opinion on my 2/10/2025 right shoulder surgery. It seemed to be slow to heal and constantly painful. Dr. Hess Reassured me that recovery time can take longer for a more complicated surgery. He did some resistance tests of my strength and reassured me I am healing and have great strength in my arms.
