I'm concerned with Dr Felix and his bedside manner. After reading his profile and the reason he chose to work in pain management as his profession, I feel perhaps he forgot his mission. He treats my elderly mother who suffers from 2 significant & debilitating autoimmune diseases. These cause her such pain there are days she is unable to do anything and her quality of life has declined. I totally agree with Jay C. From the moment I walked in to see Felix he treated me like a drug seeker. It was obvious at my second visit that he hadn't even looked at my records. I was in pain and scheduled for surgery and he still wouldn't help me with any sort of relief. Isn't that what they are there for? Now he supposedly resigned. I hope he was fired.
