It's quite frustrating to book an appointment, take off work 45 minutes away, get with your partner who also took off work, then get there and be turned away. We have had several phone conversation previous to our booked apt yesterday. A simple phone call stating 'ive double booked, let's reschedule please' would work SO much better than no call at all and showing up to be turned away then asking if this was going to hinder us from returning in the future.
