Awesome dental practice This was an Awesome dental practice. I wish I found them along time ago. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor made sure to anwser all my qustions so I felt comfortable with the treatment I needed. I would recommended this practice to friends and family. I have two children they used to get very nervous going to the dentist but with this practice they actually look forward to it.
One happy patient!! I am so happy I recently found this practice, I had to have a ton of work done, they put me to sleep and when i woke up it was all over and my treatment was complete!! I couldn't be happier!! No Pain!!!! The staff and doctor took really good care of me!!
I have been going to Dr.Posey and Stratton office for over 15 years This is an amazing practice, I have never had a problem with billing and the doctors are always very professional. I love both the doctors and staff, they are always on time and I have never had an unhappy staff member, I would highly recommend this office. If you ever have any questions they are always ready to answer and sit down with you and go over your options.
Poor Service My family got some work done. We have the office run the acutal cost we would have to pay out of pocket prior to our service. We ended up paying for some hidden cost for our work that we were not aware about. I have moved to a different dental office that does not perfom hidden billing...
Long-time Client Dr. Posey has been my dentist for many years. I find his service and staff to be of the highest quality. He is honest, thorough, and reasonable in his rates. The hygienists are professional, friendly, and skilled. The office staff has never failed to effectively interact with my insurance provider. The facility is clean, modern, and pleasant. I would highly recommend Dr. Posey to anyone!
poor office management I have gone to this office for the last 3 years, and had alot of work done. I spent over 15,000 on my porcelin uppers, and paid every dime. Well, in November this past year, after getting out of prison, and changing addresses a few times due to the criminal justice system, I never reiceved a bill for two months, and these folks sent me to collections over 95.00 dollars. Never contacted me at the numbers on my account. Poor office skills. I will be going elsewhere to do my lowers.
