I had shoulder surgery and my deductible had been met. 14 months later I get a bill that I owe money. The office failed to get pre-authorization and they were trying to appeal it and it kept getting denied because of their mistake. So now they're trying to give me the bill. 14 months later. I am really upset that they are trying to make me pay for their mistake.
I loved Dr Taylor! He was very thorough and did not rush when reading my MRI explaining everything. He explained what was wrong and what was needed to repair my shoulder. He was kind and attentive on the day of surgery and put me at ease. Dr.Taylor and his staff were great during my recovery and post op visits. I would recommend him to anyone needing shoulder/ bicep surgery!
Broke my clavicle mountain biking. Dr. Taylor did surgery and everything went smoothly. Grateful to be cleared for full activity!
Had a full subscapularis tear and a slipped biceps tendon from years of wear and tear. Surgery went very well and I had minimal pain afterward. Dr. Taylor did an excellent job especially for not giving him much to work with. Appointments sometimes ran a little long, but quality care is in high demand. Very happy with the outcome
Dr Ryan Taylor did a right shoulder reverse surgery on me 11/13/2025. After 11 days I am extremely impressed with his expertise and professionalism. Looking forward to a complete recovery. I would highly recommend Dr. Ryan Taylor and thank him very much.
