Dr. Steward and his staff were always informative, responsive, caring and kind. All of my questions were answered promptly, and Dr. Steward was always there every step of the way. I could not have asked for a smoother or better IVF journey.
Doctor Steward was great from the very first consultation and through out the whole process. He was friendly, he answered any question we had, he went in depth with explaining everything. The office is really nice, always has complimentary drinks and snacks. The office staff were welcoming and helpful. If I called with questions I always got a call back in an appropriate amount of time. I never had a negative experience. I would definitely recommend anyone I know to HfI.

Coming to the office was always a breathe of fresh air during a very trying time. Each and every staff member we came into contact with made us feel special and like they were personally invested in our fertility journey. They gave us the greatest gift we could ask for.

The nurses have been fantastic at answering all questions and so compassionate about the whole process. Dr. Steward has gone above and beyond for us through this whole process. He is listened to our concerns and devised a plan that we were all comfortable with. When things did not go as planned, he was very quick to offer other alternatives. We cannot thank HFI enough!

Dr. Steward was excellent - he was always engaged, thoughtful and ensured I felt comfortable at all times. He is truly compassionate and genuine. All staff is exceptional and I have enjoyed my visits with the team. They are truly rockstars and could not have gotten through this process without their support and comforting work!!
