Very disappointed. I had life insurance about 4 years with the company and I explained to them about what happened to me at my job Olive garden instead of them helping me they were charging me more . Very careful when you get life insurance some people are dishonest and not sincere . I would pay 54 a month for life insurance but wanted me to pay 500 at the end . I cancelled it because what happened to me at my work.
The moment I walked in I was already stressed about my claim and feeling like I would just get the runaround but Ryan totally flipped it around for me. He actually sat down and listened to everything with full attention not even looking at his computer once which never happens at insurance places. Ive been to so many agents where they just try to up sell you on stuff but he was really focused on what I actually needed and saved me some money on my policy. Customer service is amazing and the entire team is great to work with. They went out of their way to give me the best price and made the whole process easy.
