Very compassionate and amazing. Worth the wait to see him.
Dr. Ryan Smith was a person first, and was incredible with helping me work through my diagnosis. While the diagnosis is part of a larger problem, he talked me through the steps, and gave me lots of options to approach the problem on a whole person level, rather than just treating the symptoms, and I'm extremely optimistic about my future thanks to him.
I left this appointment feeling that it was completely pointless. I initially went to the ER after suffering from a persistent migraine since September, and they referred me to a neurologist. After waiting three months, I was finally seen. My mom, who is also a patient of Dr. Smith, recommended him to me, which made this experience even more disappointing. The most amazing appointment I have ever had. What a wonderful person! A Doctor that actually listens and wants to help. Highly recommend!
Horrible patient care !!! Do not come to this practice..office staff as well were extremely rude! Dr pushed me out in 5 minutes and could care less as to why I was referred to him. I was told that he is not who I see to figure out why I have severe headaches , and that migraines are not something he is supposed to evaluate. Very confused why he is labeled as a neurologist and even more confused why I had to fill out a headache questionnaire prior to my appt.....
