This review is long overdue. A few years ago, when my children experienced various sports injuries, we visited multiple orthopedists. After our first visit with Dr. Slater, he became our favorite orthopedist. He is highly competent and honest in his diagnoses and treatment plans. He listens attentively and explains things in an easy-to-understand way. Dr. Slater is a humble and exceptional doctor whom I would recommend to anyone without hesitation.
Dr Slater is fantastic! He's very knowledgeable, thorough, asks questions, and ensures he has covered every base and listens/answers to every question I have had. I highly recommend him if you are needing to see an orthopedist.
Dr. Slater was great as was his staff. The front desk was friendly, the medical assistant was kind and welcoming. He listened to every symptom I had, evaluated me and gave me multiple things I could do to help ease the pain I was in. He was the first doctor of 2 I had gone to for this issue that actually touched my leg where the pain was, because he did that, I finally got the right diagnosis and the right treatment. I had a great experience here. I felt like they were thorough in taking their own x rays and making sure to ask lots of questions. I felt like Dr. Slater really cared and wanted to make sure I left with all my questions answered and feeling better than when I arrived.
