Where to start? To say that Ryan gave us 5-Star service during the sale of our home of 26 years would be really understating the reality. Ryan not only successfully sold our home for us for much more than we believed possible; he enabled my husband and I to present our home in the very best light possible. His knowledge of the market and the area was phenomenal. He contacted several contractors to provide painting, flooring, and deep-cleaning prior to the listing date and open house. Ryan made the buying process very enjoyable for us. He was available any time of the day whenever we had a question. And even after everything was finalized he continued to check on us.
I'm not going to lie this wasn't the closing I expected due to getting our closing dates switched 3x. I was hoping to be in the home the 3rd of May before personal manners in my life happened. Waiting on appraisal reports and the fact it was promised to be in by the 12th was stressful. Yet Ryan stayed responsive and communicated with me through this process. He was optimistic for me when I lost hope. I'm happy I have a home.. just hope it feels like home soon.I want to say, I do thank you Ryan for the help.
