Was very informative and spent a significant amount of time with me. Helped me understand my injury and I left with clarity for the future.
Dr. Selley is a kind and compassionate doctor but most importantly, he is very very good at his job. I am a type A nut job and he answered my million questions with kindness and patience. I tore my ACL and meniscus on my bachelorette and get married in a few months. He squeezed me into his schedule so I could be fine enough for my wedding. I have been seeing Doctor Ryan Selley for almost two years now. We have gone through a lot together. But I have never gotten any hesitation from him and his office to get what was needed done. I came to Dr. Selley for a second opinion after being seen at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush. From the start, he took the time to listen, thoroughly review my imaging, and clearly explain what was going on and what my options were—all while putting me at ease. He completed the Hip Preservation Fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, which is rare to find in Chicago. Dr. Selley is truly exceptional, and I am grateful to have found him. I will be a patient for life!
