Dr. Goldstein was personable, knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend.
Not only was it incredibly difficult to get scheduled for a colonoscopy but the indifference uncaring attitude shown by Dr Goldstein informing me that I had stage 3 colorectal cancer was very disappointing. At no time did Goldstein introduce himself prior to the procedure, or even bother to explain the process. Rather I was rolled into the exam room, put under anesthesia, awoke in recovery whereupon Goldstein walks in and with ZERO empathy informed me of my stage 3 cancer diagnosis. Dr. Goldstein is a person who is always concerned about you. He's a great listener takes the patient's questions and concerns seriously.
This was my first appointment with Dr. Goldstein conducted via video, and I had a very positive experience. At first, I was concerned about how comfortable I would feel in a virtual visit, but I was pleasantly surprised largely thanks to his warm and reassuring personality.
