It went fine.
The entire staff was very helpful and very nice to talk with let alone understanding my situation.
Dr Rodd is already burned out or he just doesn't care. Last month at my appointment he ignored my concerns, was rude about my weight gain issue and never checked anything. Literally didn't look into anything, never touched me. He mainly stood with his arms crossed and looked bored. I've changed doctors but people should be aware of his behavior. He should go into research where he doesn't deal with humans.
Savana was professional and knowledgeable. Listened to my concerns and the details of my trip and fall with the resulting injury to my shoulder. I had never used the televisual service before with the hospital and it was very easy.
