Six years. SIX years, that's the amount of time Ryan spent with me to find my perfect home. When I asked if he took me seriously (after year 5) he said, "I don't pass judgment, I just answer the phone and do my job." And he does one heck of a job. I recently just sold my home with Ryan and I have to say, he made what is traditionally a painful and stressful experience a breeze! Yes, of course, Ryan is incredibly knowledgeable on the selling/ buying process, but more than anything I found his over-communication to be what sets him apart. Interviewed a few agents when I entered the market. Ryan checked off all my boxes, and did not disappoint throughout the home buying process. Very friendly, responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I didn’t feel like I was a paycheck to him.
