Good luck getting any response or selling your home if listing with Jim from this group. We had a horrible experience being told we’d here back a counter offer and never got a response but just kept telling us day after day for 5 days that we’d get a counter offer before we were told another offer was accepted. Dishonest and unresponsive realtor. Be careful using this realtor for selling or buying a home.
