Jeff always does great work. Reliable, careful, and trustworthy. He replaced a water heater a couple of years ago and a kitchen faucet this week.

Poor quality work caused sewage leak in basement. Ryan Plumbing installed all new plumbing for a new 2nd bathroom in our house. 1 year after the project was complete the newly installed PVC pipe for the waste line fell out of an elbow joint and dumped waste into our basement. I called Jeff Ryan to repair it because I was hoping he would take ownership of his work. We talked about why it happened and he said that the overlap of the pipe within the elbow joint had only been half of what was needed (0.75 inch vs 1.5 inch). He a... read more
