Ryan owner of Patton Properties has provided me the best selling experience I have ever had! In the first 3 days I had three offers over the asking price. I actually was on vacation while Ryan was doing all the hard work of selling my home. From all the paperwork to taking pictures Ryan was there to return all my call’s promptly, I will definitely use Patton Properties again and have given his name to my friends that are currently selling their homes!
Beware these guys will send very generous offers until they are under contract then turn around and drop offer very low to weed out other buyers. Very sketchy people to do business with
