Very kind and efficient staff. Follow through on everything was excellent. Additional services also first rate.
We are incredibly grateful for the care and compassion shown to our family during the difficult time of losing our mother. Rocco was so caring, patient, and attentive it made the entire process easier for us. Rocco handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and genuine compassion. During a time when there were so many decisions to make, we felt completely supported and never pressured. Rocco was always available, responsive, and willing to answer our questions and accommodate our wishes.
My family has been going with Ryan-Parke since I was a child. Rocco and Robert have taken wonderful care of my family and they take special care with you as you are going through your difficult time. The staff at Ryan-Parke, particularly Rocco were wonderful when my family was facing funeral planning for my beloved Aunt Marilyn. They were kind and patient with us as we made the many necessary decisions at a time that we found ourselves distracted and overcome with sadness. The funeral was lovely and memorable. I highly recommend their services.
