I had a follow up appt with Dr. Ryan Mulligan for an achilles tendon surgery. I went to the Grapevine office for I thought was my last appt. & they told me I was out of my 3 month grace period. Dr. Mulligan is the one that told me he wanted to see me 1 last time to make sure everything was going well. What he didn't tell me was I was going to have to pay my copay. Which I feel I shouldn't have had to pay this. I was never informed by him or the front desk that I was out of my grace period. They totally wasted my time & gas. ... read more
This was my second time seeing Dr Mulligan. I know nothing about knee problems. Why my knee is hurting I don’t know. It’s decided and injection will solve my problem. The person doing the injection is fantastic. No pain just pressure couldn’t ask for a better job.
Dr. Ryan Mulligan is an amazing orthopedic surgeon. He is very thorough and truly listens to me about my problems. He is a gem and N Tx Ortho and Spine is extremely lucky to have such a valuable doctor!
