Ryan Olson is an excellent real estate broker in the Sioux Falls metropolitan area. He recently successfully completed a sale of my wife's family home. Since we now live in Denver, Ryan handled everything in SF to get the home ready for the market, identified a sales price that enabled us to sell the home in about 1 week, administered the contract, and attended the closing on our behalf. He is not only knowledgeable, he was a good communicator and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend Ryan.

Coincidentally ran into Ryan at a random open house that my wife and I attended and he set such a great first impression! He (and the BB team at Keller Williams) made the whole house buying process extremely easy. Ryan is super easy to get in contact with and is incredibly knowledgeable and willing to either answer any question you may have, or reach out to the proper resources in order to get the information needed!
