Great staff. Had a wonderful experience at every appt.
Outstanding surgical care. My operation went better than expected and I can't say enough positive things about Dr Odell. My only complaint is with his office staff. While the scheduling team went above and beyond working to get my operation approved through my insurance, there were multiple times I reached the point of considering finding a different surgeon because the scheduler wouldn't return my calls. The schedulers voicemail stated "leave a message and I'll get back to you within 48 hours," yet multiple times, over a we... read more
Its was great didn't have any issues was really threw and threw with everything before and after. He was awesome and so was the staff.
Everyone is helpful and willing to go out of their way to take care of everyone else. It feels more like family caring for you than strangers.
