I had the most wonderful experience at Bay Medical from the beginning to the end. The staff doing my pre-op were very friendly and thorough to make sure my procedure would take place as scheduled from what medication I was taking to my insurance coverage and to the time I was scheduled for my procedure. On the day of my procedure the nurses who were getting me ready for the procedure were so caring especially about my fear of IV placement.
