He was very thorough. He told me exactly what was going to happen and he was very gentle.
Unhappy. I got to the hospital at 7 a.m., was schelued for 8 a.m, did not have surgery until at 1.00 and did not leave until 3 p.m., was very exhausted, last time I ate was the night before surgery, never had to wait that long for a procedure EVER. This is all after they canceled surgery twice. The doctors did explain everything to me appropriately about the surgery, and we're kind.
I am pleased with Everyone Who helped Me. And the Dr was very kind and professional. Very Pleased
It was a friendly, and calm group of staff there. Very helpful and I love seeing their dynamic between each other. Thank you for everything.
