A++ Rating!! When we were getting ready to sell our Folsom home, we interviewed (3) realtors. The first two had done no research and had only vague ideas about the listing price. When Ryan showed up, he had printouts of (3) comps and a very well thought-out rationale for what the listing price should be. Ryan was nothing short of phenomenal. He handled my fiancé and i’s first home purchase, and made it feel simple and attainable (even in today’s market). Very easy going, industry and local expert, and very professional. Definitely spent his time and energy and made the process fun and exciting for us. Tech savvy and kept our best interest in terms of the deal through the whole transaction. Ryan was excellent. We made a contingent offer on our new home and had a tight time frame to get our current house sold in this tough market. Not only did Ryan get us multiple offers and back up offers but he worked hard to ensure all parties were on track so that we could move onto our new home.
