Worst customer service ever.. Susy is heartless and ignorant. When asking for a supervisor I’m told “they aren’t a car dealership” Really hope it’s not the whole team.. but wow! Would give 0 stars if I could.
Exceptional experience with Rob and Lee at Ryan Mortgage Team at Guaranteed Rate. This was our first home purchase, Lee and Rob answered every one of our questions on time and were extremely helpful. We received an amazing rate, closed exactly on time, and couldn’t have been happier with this process. Couldn’t recommend them more.
Great company ,would recommend to anyone ! We ended up with some problems along the way and rob and his team Got them fixed in no time ! Rob and his team worked very hard to get people into their dream homes !!
I will say that they indeed got us our mortgage at a good rate but the customer service was terrible. Tell you one thing and then tell you something different the next day. Serious lack of trust.
